The spacious bungalow  is approached off the adjoining new asphalt surfaced car park. Virtually flat parking zone ideal for access/egress to the reception of the property. With a drop off point at the roadside for example a wheelchair bound guest is 5 metres away from the reception door – the ground is totally flat.

Once inside the oil fired centrally heated building its solid oak floors throughout on one level.

The entrance area of the bungalow incorporates the dining area and breakfast tables. It includes a black 3 seater leather settee,two bar stools and an electric drinks machine – water.

With large windows this elevated position provides great vistas of fields and mountainside – a very pleasant view. Reception leads through to the GUEST’S LOUNGE via double doors.

The furniture consists of Black leather recliner sofas. 50 colour TV with remote controls, DVD, video player. With a large fish tank making this a very relaxing room. From this room one enters a long corridor which takes you to the two guests letting rooms. It is of good colour contrast wide and well lit.

 

 

 

Room 1- This is a good size double bedroom which also includes bunk beds making it an optional family room. Although these can easily be taken out/split up if the need arises.

 

 

 

 

 

Fully en-suite with large walk in shower very wheelchair friendly with grab handles. Very well equipped facilities – ironing, tea + coffee making, water drinks machine (electric), hair dryer. 42 colour TV wall mounted with DVD player, remotes plus an assortment of movies readily available. Teletext, sky optional.

 

 

 

Room 2 - A king size luxurious four poster bed stands firmly here with all the trimmings – making it ideal for romantic nights or just spoil yourself. Fully en-suite. Ironing facilities, tea + coffee making, water drinks machine (electric), hair dryer. Fish tank in corner. 37 colour wall mounted TV with surround sound, DVD remote controls, teletext, sky optional.

Both rooms offer quality feather duvets + pillows, pillow + mattress protectors. Rooms are lockable (keys), en-suites bolt fixing. Electric blankets.

Evening meals served large varied menu – two course a speciality. Coeliac and vegetarians catered for. 2007 achieved 4 star grading 2008 awarded walkers/cyclists welcome.

Pets welcome + assistance dogs – kennel available + dog walking service. Good mobile phone reception.
